We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-4 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location but is between 5-17 business days. If for any reason you did not receive your order within 17 days please contact us at ian@wowitslit.com 

Which days do you ship?

Our warehouse ships orders from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  

Where do you ship from?

We hold multiple fulfillment centers, and if you have ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. Our Warehouses are located in Massachusetts, California, and Shenzhen.

How do I check my tracking number?

Once you have made your purchase, please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you will be sent a tracking number and link via email. 

I Didn't Receive My Tracking Number

If you have not received your tracking number please request it by emailing us at ian@wowitslit.com

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us at ian@wowitslit.com as soon as possible. 

What's your return policy?

We want to keep our customers satisfied. If for any reason the product is not as described, we will fully exchange it or refund your product within 30 days. Email us at ian@wowitslit.com for any questions or concerns.
